What is included

- We reserve the right to skip any slope or part of a yard that would put our crew in a dangerous position, and we will tell you if we do
What is not included
We don't offer overseeding, dethatching or sprinkler repair. We are an aeration crew. If you need other landscaping work, our parent company 435 Property Management can help.
How "most lawns" is measured
The $155 price is for about 6,000 sq ft of grass. We count the grass only. Driveways, beds, rock and the house do not count.
For a sense of size, 6,000 sq ft is about 60 feet by 100 feet. Many Park City yards fall under that, even on lots that feel large, because a lot of the yard is beds, rock or native areas.

Why our price stays simple
We schedule by neighborhood days. We aerate many lawns in one area on the same day, so we are not driving back and forth across the county. That saves time, and it is why we can keep one flat price for most lawns.

There is no payment upfront. Reserve your spot, and we send the invoice after the work is done. You can pay by card, ACH or check.
